To support your progress, when you start working with our therapists, you’ll begin with recurring weekly sessions, with your reserved day and time held just for you.
As you move through therapy, you and your therapist will decide together when to adjust the frequency of sessions.

Counseling for Children (Ages 5-12)
Our expert children's counselors use elements of play and art therapy in a safe and supportive space for kids to express their emotions and work through any challenges they may be facing. Counseling can help children develop healthy coping mechanisms, improve their behavior and communication skills, and build self-esteem.
