Welcome to the online booking page for Horizon Counseling!
Please read these important notes prior to booking:
1) Online booking is only available for adult individual therapy. If you are looking to book in your child or teen, it must be booked via phone or email.
2) Please select the office location that is most convenient for you or contact us directly at office@horizoncounselingtn.com.
3) In order to book online you must provide a valid credit card on file for the case of a late cancellation or no show.
4) Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours notice. If for any reason you are unable to make your session, please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule or you will be billed a $75 cancellation fee.
5) We are In-Network with Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare. If you aren’t sure about your coverage, please contact your benefits provider directly for that information.
