Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed, we’re often unable to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for care. Out of respect for our therapists’ time and the needs of other clients, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will incur a $75 fee. By booking an appointment and providing a card on file, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We truly value your time and commitment to this process, and our goal is to support you in making meaningful, lasting progress.
